For Chiesi Austria we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Experience & Project Manager who supports us in achieving our goals in terms of customer orientation.
Main Responsibilities

Project management and steering of internal and interdisciplinary projects
Responsibility for customer-focused market research projects including selection of suitable service partners
Implementation of the roadmap for the further development of customer experience in close cooperation with other departments (including Field Force, Marketing, Medical, Business Knowledge)
Support, advice and training of the Customer Facing Units in the development of the Customer Insights Summary (Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Needs, "Pain Points") and in prioritizing customer needs
Responsibility for the definition of meaningful reports and KPIs around the topic of customer experience and analysis of the results
Your Profile

Masters or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Several years of experience in relevant areas (marketing, project management, business analytics, etc.), preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Experience in project management and agile working; Scrum master or similar education would be an advantage
Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer needs
Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others
Personal responsibility and solution orientation
Joy in working with colleagues on projects
Analytical understanding
Very good knowledge of English and German (both written and spoken)
