**Order Processing**:
**YOUR TASKS**: Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for order processing in the SERVICE area in Austria. You record and invoice service calls, maintenance contracts and annual fees, handle spare parts orders and repairs. You will assist with the annual stocktaking and any office tasks. You work closely with our technical department, our field sales force and our accounts receivable department.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- a business education (e.g. HAK/HAS or apprenticeship) and ideally initial work experience in a similar function (e.g. in the form of internships or periods of prior service).
- customer satisfaction is your top priority
- a sense of priorities and self-organisation
- basic knowledge of accounting (taxes, Incoterms, exports and international accounting)
- interest in technical products
- good language skills in English
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 advantageous
