You are an enthusiastic and well organized self-starter with good time management skills and previous experience with activities throughout the Google universe. You know how to drive acquisition, activation and you are passionate about digital marketing and PPC strategies. You will work closely with other colleagues from the Media & Performance department and you are able to guide them.

As our future Google Platform Success Manager/SEA Manager, you will build and expand advertising strategies within the digital environment and consult our internal performance marketing manager and clients to ensure the growth and the profitability of our clients. You are able to scale up brands to new heights and identify possibilities to further develop the automation of our SEA accounts. You will design experiments from small scale to large-scale, generate short and long term wins by automating manual processes and be the final quality control for all Google and Microsoft activities.

**Requirements**:

- Monitor campaign performance figures and optimize campaigns based on KPIs with a data-driven mindset to convert numbers into actions to maximise performance.
- Conception and creation of SEA campaigns using tried-and-tested methods as well as new business ideas.
- Steering existing SEA campaigns for optimal performance, recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
- Create, develop and maintain reports that track key metrics and performance.
- Support in the creation of presentations for clients and internal meetings.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Communicative, organised and solution-oriented personality with an analytical mindset.
- You are a team player but on the same time able to take action and work independently.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Search Engine Advertising.
- Excellent English language skills.
