**Customer Service Specialist (M/F/x)**:
Hi, my name is Karin. As Head of Customer Service at Intact, I would be delighted to welcome you to our team. We are an international pioneer in audit and certification software. Are you ready?
- Independent work in a strong team

- Analysis of customer processes together with business experts
- Close cooperation with our software development team
- Processing, analyzing and documenting technical customer inquiries

Are you the ONE?
- Completed business/technical training or similar qualification in the IT/software sector (HTL or Bachelor)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Motivated and willing to take initiative
- Enjoy working with customers
