Stellenbeschreibung
- Evaluierung des Stands der Technik und innovativer Technologien im Bereich von Leistungselektronik durch gezieltes Technology Scouting sowie Netzwerkaufbau/-pflege mit Universitäten und Entwicklungspartnern
- Ideenfindungsprozess: Festlegung von Bewertungskriterien, Definition der notwendigen Reife für die Entscheidungsfindung und Entscheidung der Machbarkeit
- Entwicklung der Technologie Roadmap in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem AE Management, dem Produktmanagement und der Building Block Organisation
- Definition, Entwicklung und Freigabe von Methoden und Tools sowie Ableitung von Prozessen und Designguidelines in Abstimmung mit der globalen Building Block Organisation
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung, Design Reviews und Freigabe in Vorentwicklungsprojekten
- Know How Weitergabe durch Training/Development von Mitarbeitern sowie Sicherstellung des Kompetenzaufbaus in der Vor
- und Serienentwicklung
- Beratungstätigkeit in herausfordernden Projektphasen in der Vor
- und Serienentwicklung
- Beratung der Patentabteilung bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Enger Kontakt zu strategischen Kunden und Lieferanten

Qualifikationen
- Technisch-Wissenschaftliche Ausbildung zumindest auf Masterniveau im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik idealerweise mit Promotion
- Training und Teaching Skills, vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Lehre
- Mehr als 10-jährige, fundierte Kenntnisse der Leistungselektronik im Automotivebereich
- Methodische Arbeitsweise und Fokus auf modellbasierte Entwicklung
- Fähigkeit zur funktionellen Abstraktion und Vereinfachung von komplexen Systemen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Anschlussfähigkeit, Präsentationsskills,
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 30%
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Mit einem abgeschlossenen Masterstudium gilt für diese Position ein Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 51.800;
- (FH-Master) brutto pro Jahr (Basis: 38,5h, kein All-In). Eine Überzahlung ist jedoch aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
