Ihre Aufgaben
- Anmeldung und Abführung der Kapitalertragssteuer
- Zentrale Prüfung und Erfassung aller Freistellungs-Sachverhalte
- Bearbeitung von Korrektur
- und Rückerstattungsfällen
- Bearbeitung von steuerlichen Bescheinigungen
- Verlusttopfverwaltung
- Prüfung / Korrektur steuerlicher Anschaffungsdaten
- FATCA-CRS: Prüfung von Kundendokumenten, Durchführung der jährlichen Meldungen, Bearbeitung von Indizienläufen
- Quellensteuern: Prüfung, Erfassung und Dokumentation von Vorabbefreiung; Reporting an Steuerbehörden; Quellensteuerrückerstattungsservice
- Kontrollen zu Steuerausländern
- Erfassung und Prüfung von anlassbezogenen Anfragen
- Bearbeitung von GVM-Hinweisen
- Bearbeitung von Help-Desk-Anfragen

Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann oder über eine andere kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. erste Berufserfahrung in einer Operationseinheit im Bankenumfeld bzw. im Rahmen des Berufseinstieges nach erfolgreicher Matura / HAK, etc.
- Sie konnten bereits erste Kenntnisse von Bankprozessen und vor allem dem Wertpapiergeschäft sammeln, dann wäre dies von Vorteil
- Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise macht Sie aus
- Des Weiteren setzen wir gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse voraus
