**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the way. As Director of Engineering, you will lead and scale cross-functional product teams behind our award-winning tools. While keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, you’ll have eyes on the future: your success will be defined by your ability to develop long-term strategies, break them down into roadmaps, and ensure technical action items are completed.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **10+ Years’ Experience. **You know your stuff when it comes to software engineering for SaaS products at scale (Ruby & Javascript preferred).
- ** Management Credentials. **You have 5+ years’ experience leading software engineering teams, at least 2 of which involved managing and developing other managers.
