**Job Description**:
Salomon is one of the leading manufacturers of **winter sports equipment** and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. **Your main mission**:
While respecting brand strategies, and Nordic category guidance you provide technical assistance to sportsmen/women during trainings and sports events all year round. Your mission is to further develop a positive mind-set for **Salomon in the cross-country (XC) community** and to identify next generation racers.

**Your duties and responsabilities**:

- Specify technical needs of sportsmen/women
- Prepare and supervise the equipment needed by sportsmen/women
- Be present at sports events and provide technical assistance to sportsmen/women
- Provide information from the field to the team and the product managers
- Ensure the connection with project managers for tests and development of new products
- Further develop gainful connections with the racing community to attract next generations
- Ensure racing productions follow up

**Qualifications**:

- **Required Experience**:

- 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Sports experience in the Nordic sports environment at a high level
- ** Foreign languages**:

- Proficiency in German and fluent in English
- ** Specific Transversal Skills**:

- Output oriented and sense of customer service mind-set
- Ability to work as a team member and to support change
- Creativity and professional commitment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

You will need to travel often to support our Athlete during the competition
