**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns and offline initiatives
- Create compelling and effective copy for website content, newsletter, and social media posts
- Engage in market research and analysis
- Contribute to the planning and execution of communication concepts and marketing strategies.
- Utilize Adobe Suite or online content creation tools for your projects
- Assume a leading role in communication and PR projects
- Participate in brand creation endeavors
- Support in crafting compelling videos and organizing photo-shootings for social media

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Previous experience working with B2B customers or internal communications
- Affinity & professional handling of social media platforms
- Proactive, independent, and structured working style
- Hands-on solid mentality and a forward-thinking approach to tackling tasks
- Good communication skills and joy from working with people
- Excellent written and spoken German and English

**Salary**:
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 30,522.66 for this position. However, we pay according to a salary scheme that takes into account qualifications, experience, and personal commitment. On top, we offer a great benefits package.
