- Mindestens 10 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung im Luxus
- und Gastgewerbe sind erforderlich.
- Ausgezeichnetes Vertriebsnetz bzw. bekannte Kontaktbasis und gute Kenntnisse der Partner \/ Großkunden in Österreich.
- Hervorragende Präsentations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Suite, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss
- Bereitschaft, mindestens 50% der Zeit zu reisen
- Leitung und Führung der definierten Go-to-Market-Strategie für Österreich in Bezug auf Key Accounts und Maßnahmen zur Geschäftsentwicklung.
- Entwicklung von verbindlichen Geschäftsbeziehungen, die die Loyalität der Partner durch eine gezielte Kommunikationsstrategie erhöht und erweitert.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen weltweit, um Vertriebsnetze und Marketingplattformen zu nutzen und die Konsistenz der Marke sowie die Integrität der Richtlinien und Preise zu gewährleisten.
- Durchführung von Meetings zur Geschäftsanalyse und Nutzung von Leistungskennzahlen zur Unterstützung der Umsatzgenerierung bei gleichzeitiger Erreichung der Brutto
- und Nettoumsatzziele
- Förderung von Gruppen-, Incentive
- und Charter-Geschäften von zugewiesenen Kunden.
- Verwaltung des zugewiesenen Budgets und des Forecast-Prozesses mit einem fachkundigen Verständnis des Channel-Mix und der Auswirkungen der Akquisitionskosten.
- Aufrechterhaltung der Marken
- und Produktvisibilität durch Teilnahme an den entsprechenden Veranstaltungen der Handelspartner. Teilnahme an und professionelle Durchführung von Bildungsbesuchen.
