Sustainability Analyst

**What you will enjoy doing**:
The Sustainability Analyst is responsible for improving ALPLA’s data structure for sustainability KPIs to ensure data accuracy, adherence to regulatory standards in respect to sustainability requirements and to enhance efficiency across sustainability processes.
- Project management in collaboration with the IT department for the effective and sustainable setup of a data structure for sustainability KPIs in accordance with relevant legal regulations (CSRD)
- Engage with relevant legal regulations in sustainability topics (e.g., CSRD, EU-Taxonomy), identify gaps in processes and derive necessary measures in collaboration with other departments
- Data analysis and derivation of necessary measures to improve relevant KPI performance in collaboration with relevant topic owners
- Monitor data accuracy and sustainability measures by working cross-functionally and cross-regionally

**What makes you great**:

- Successfully completed degree in the fields of environmental science, sustainability, business administration, data science or similar
- Experience in data analysis and derivation of appropriate measures
- Structured and analytical mindset, experience in project management
- Very good communication, presentation and strong persuasion skills
- Interest in sustainability topics and in the interpretation of ESG sustainability reporting laws and standards
- Excellent English skills are a must, other languages are beneficial
- 2-3 years work experience in the field of action, preferably in an international environment
