At MEON, we develop, manufacture and market high-quality, modern and innovative medical devices in the field of in vitro diagnostics for professional use in clinics, medical laboratories and doctors’ offices. Our interdisciplinary teams are highly motivated and built on a broad range of technical expertise with a strong technical foundation in domains such as mechanical and electrical engineering, mechatronics, natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, physics, mathematics, life sciences and biomedical analytics) as well as software and firmware.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung von in vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Assays
- Design der Experimente und Interpretation der Daten für das Assay Development
- Berücksichtigung von zellbiologischen und immunologischen Anforderungen in der IVD Produktentwicklung, um valide und aussagekräftige Messwerte zu erhalten
- Ableitung und Verifikation der Spezifikationen der Assays
- Einbindung von Wissen aus Grundlagen
- und klinischer Fachliteratur
- Erstellung entwicklungsrelevanter Dokumentation gemäß Vorgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen aus Fachbereichen wie Bildverarbeitung, Hardware-Entwicklung und Usability

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung in zellbiologischer Arbeit und im Assay-Design
- Erfahrung im Design, der Durchführung sowie der Auswertung und Interpretation von Experimenten
- Der iterative Produktentwicklungsprozess (Anforderungen -> Realisierung -> Test) ist stets im Fokus
- Transparente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise geprägt von Eigeninitiative
- Reflektierte Persönlichkeit
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung

**Vorteilhaft**:

- Wissen im medizintechnischen oder Pharma-Bereich
- Erfahrung mit Scrum/agilen Methoden

**Deine Ausbildung**:

- Studium mit Life Science Schwerpunkt wie Immunologie, Zellbiologie, Molekularbiologie oder ähnliche oder abgeschlossene BMA-Ausbildung
