Site Quality Head

Proclinical are recruiting a Site Quality Head & GP for a biotech establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Linz. The client is focused on supplying surgical tools and services that save time, effort and money.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for the development and execution of a production-accompanying ground-breaking quality management system.
- You will assist with site management in accomplishing site strategy objectives.
- Plan, arrange, and follow up inspections and audits.
- Upkeep and further development of the quality management system rendering to GMP/regulatory needs and site strategy.
- Evaluate batch documentation and release manufactured batches.
- Contribute to the development of the site's mission and methods.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a scientific/technical discipline or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience within similar role.
- Completed all professional needs rendering to 7AMBO 2009/Qualified Person and GDP/GMP.
- Leadership abilities.
- Able to work cross-functionally and with cross-country teams.
- A high level of quality awareness with the ability to make professional decisions in a timely manner.
- Fluency in the English and German languages.
