We are looking for experienced project managers to lead International railway infrastructure projects.

As a total solution provider, our customer, located in Vienna, is the leading company in the field of railway control systems. The focus is on projects in the European area, with particular emphasis on quality. For this reason, our client is strengthening its team and is looking for ambitious employees who will contribute to its success in the long term. **Was werde ich hier machen?**:

- You are the main interface to the customer, we expect active communication and negotiations with the customer from you
- You manage, coordinate and motivate the project team to deliver successfully, in time and on budget
- Project scheduling (WBS structure) and Project documentation is your daily business
- Resources allocation and tracking as well as costs, sales and cash tracking
- Thorough and continuous risk management, coordination and management of subcontractors including intra-group suppliers
- Project reporting in a matrix organization

**Was sollte ich mitbringen?**:

- At least 7 years of experience in managing the full scope of international, customer-facing Turn-Key projects
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects is of particular interest
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong management skills and leadership
- Experience with public-sector projects is an advantage
- High level of flexibility and a proactive attitude
- An excellent command of English is a must.
- Occasional European and international travel required (~10%)
