You were born with an analytical mindset and are confident in working and consulting clients according to the available data. You know how to collect, use and learn from quantitative and qualitative data.

Tasks
- Analytics and Tracking: You are confident in working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Hotjar (or similar platforms) to build advanced tracking setups for websites and apps. You know how to find answers in Google Analytics, as well as in Hotjar, to advise clients on how to improve their websites. You can talk to developers and designers to develop and run new A/B tests with Google Optimize or similar software.
- Google & Facebook ads: You can set up advanced Google & Facebook ads campaigns and optimize them according to the results. You can also advise your clients on how to improve their visual assets and copies, as well as their landing pages, according to what your learnt from the available data.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English skills are required.
- German language as well as agency and/or digital marketing management experience are a plus.
