**Annual salary**: approx. EUR 15,400 gross based on qualifications and experience
**Starting date**: as soon as possible
**Please note that this position requires you to have a work permit for the EU.**

**Role profile**:
After appropriate onboarding and support you will be responsible for **data** **quality management, analysis, consolidation and visualization of** **quantitative programme data** collected through routine output monitoring processes in over ten programme countries. You will report to the Head of Effectiveness & Knowledge Management and will work closely with all members of the international Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning & Adaptation (MERLA) Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operational consolidation of data from different sources and countries using a web-based information management system / database
- Verification, cleaning, coding and data quality management of large data sets of ongoing and past programme implementation
- Development of data analysis and visualization products such as standardized data reports and dashboards
- Support international and country office staff in managing data quality
- Analyse data sets and present findings to programme teams and stakeholders

**Your profile**:

- Student or graduate of Information Sciences, Informatics, Statistics, Social Sciences or related disciplines with an empirical focus
- Preferably work experience, also through internships, in the area of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Experience in analysing medium to large sized data sets using Excel, PowerBI and/or statistical software such as STATA, R or SPSS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- German, French or Portuguese language skills would be an advantage
- Good inter-personal skills with an ability to build relationship in a dynamic multicultural environment
