Bei Bergfex kannst du den Outdoorbereich im Alpenraum nachhaltig verändern Wir sind das größte Tourismusportal im Alpenraum und erreichen sowohl mit unserer Website als auch mit unseren Apps mehr als 65 Millionen User pro Jahr. Für unser Wachstum suchen wir Verstärkung als Product Manager / Product Owner (w/m/d).

**Aufgaben**:

- Du bist maßgeblich an der Entwicklung der Produktvision beteiligt und kümmerst dich täglich darum, dass auch alle in deinem Product Development Team das “Why” verinnerlichen
- Du weißt was ein gutes kundenorientiertes Produkt auszeichnet und erstellst daraus die Produkt Roadmap
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für den agilen Produktentwicklungsprozess vom Konzept bis zum erfolgreichen Launch, dem Monitoring und der stetigen Weiterentwicklung
- Du führst, steuerst und koordinierst ein eigenes Product Development Team
- Als Product Owner triffst du die notwendigen Entscheidungen und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, UX, Development und sämtlichen Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Manager / Product Owner in der Produktentwicklung von Websites oder Apps gesammelt
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis agiler Softwareentwicklungsprozesse (Scrum, Kanban)
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und willst unseren Kunden den größtmöglichen Mehrwert liefern
- Du hast keine Scheu Feedback direkt von Kunden einzuholen und triffst Entscheidungen aufgrund der gemessenen Daten
- Du verstehst dich als Teamplayer und hast Spaß daran, jeden Tag etwas Neues zu lernen und dein Wissen mit deinen Kollegen zu teilen
- Du interessierst dich für unsere Themenschwerpunkte Tourismus, Wetter und Bergsport

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein attraktives Entgelt, das deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung entspricht. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass ein KV-Mindestgehalt von 2.854 € brutto pro Monat gilt. Da du bei uns als Produktmanager / Product Owner (w/m/d) viel bewegen und verbessern wirst, kann dein tatsächliches Gehalt auch deutlich darüber liegen und wird mit dir gemeinsam vereinbart.
