Director Digital Design and Functional Verification

In your new role you will:

- **Lead the Power Management and Converter subsystem development team **comprising of Digital Design, Digital Functional Verification and Physical Subsystem Design (RTL2GDS)
- **Inspire and guide your team **with **tailored coaching, training, cutting-edge methodology **and technical guidance to improve time to market, development execution, quality and cost as part of the R&D KPIs
- **Establish & maintain excellent cross-functional relation **s to other Infineon sites and to partners like Application and Concept Engineering, analog IP provider and other design, verification and physical implementation teams to ensure that the automotive MCUs will continue their success story
- **Communicate openly and clearly **not only with your own team, but also with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

You remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. Therefore, you inspire others for your ideas and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing way. You are aware of the strengths and motivational drivers of your team as well as their needs for development and empower them according to their competencies within the team. The strategy you translate into ambitious goals for your people and make sure that it becomes a binding guideline for people´s actions.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

- A university degree in fields like **E **lectronics Engineering, Computer Science **or related disciplines
- **Proven experience in leading, developing and motivating a team **with experienced experts and younger talents in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments
- **Excellent communication skills **and ability to interface with all relevant stakeholders, especially with colleagues, management peers and upper management levels
- **Deep understanding of design principles, methodologies **, and best practices within the fields of **Digital Design, Verification and Digital R2G Flow**:

- **Fluent English skills **with German as a plus
