Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuen & Bespielen der digitalen, internen Kommunikationskanäle (Intranet inkl. Mitarbeiter*innen App / Digital Signage)
- Steuern des konzernweiten Redaktionsplans
- Kanal
- und formatspezifisches Aufbereiten bzw. Erstellen von Inhalten
- Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und -konzepten
- Konzeptionelles und inhaltliches Weiterentwickeln / Optimieren der internen Medien (beispielsweise Mitarbeiter*innen App)
- Zusammenarbeiten und Abstimmen mit internen Fachbereichen (zB Produkt Manager, Analyse, etc.) und externen Agenturen
- Laufendes Monitoren und Messen der Wirkung der einzelnen Kanäle

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Media Management oder Digitales Marketing
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Spaß an Kommunikation
- Sehr gutes Gespür fürs Texten und Gestalten von Inhalten sowie sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kommunikationskanälen
- Hohe Affinität für Online und Mitarbeiter*innen Kommunikation
- Hohe Serviceorientierung mit proaktivem Arbeitsstil
