**Your key responsibilities**
- Performing routine mycotoxin and allergen analyses according to ISO 17025 and releasing reports
- Answering customer requests and giving advice in the selection of testing methods and interpretation of reports
- Maintaining the quality management system according to ISO 17025
- Supporting and guiding the lab team as a potential deputy lab manager
- Validating and developing existing and new methods

**You bring**
- Scientific background in analytical chemistry, food chemistry, chemistry or a related field
- Track record in LC-MS and ELISA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO 17025 accreditation and required quality management
- Knowledge of mycotoxins and allergens
- Accurate, structured and independent working style with excellent documentation practice
- Fluent in English and German
