MAKE YOUR MARKCR Specialist - Fish&Seafood (f/m/d)
**How You'll Make Your Mark**
- Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll be **part of an international and interdisciplinary team**:
- You'll **support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy**:
- You'll work on **projects across the seafood value chain**:
- You'll **ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements**, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals
- You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance)
- You'll **build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers**:
- You'll **work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain**:
- You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain
**Your Profile**
- The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production
- You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes
- You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial)
- You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile
- You are confident in using Excel
- You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity
- You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills
- You are business fluent in English

**Remuneration**
- Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
