**Corporate Communication Manager (f/m/d)**:

**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**
**- Develop targeted, integrated, creative internal communication plans that effectively engage audiences and are aligned with industry best practices
- You focus on internal international communication and establish an internal communications strategy in alignment with Head of Corporate Communications
- Conceptualize and create content for all internal communication measures such as all-company-meetings, newsletters, news posts, short videos etc.
- Project-Management of (internal) communications measures: Plan, create, align and distribute content
- Organize and communicate All-company-meetings: Develop central idea for the meeting, brief, advise internal speakers, deliver presentation and report after meeting, post-meeting-communication
- Implement International All-Company-Events (every 2-3 years): Take over lead for project management and organization in cooperation with external event management agency, internal communication, reporting
- Facilitation of CI guideline updates incl. support of internal brand promotion and information (ie branding tools), set up internal brand trainings
- Liaise with external agencies (photographers, graphic designers, PR agencies, etc.)
- Cross-departmental liaison for internal and external communications activities and generating of topics
- Work closely with other team members to ensure campaigns/plans are moving forward in a timely manner and are addressing the needs of internal stakeholders
- Work with Head of Corporate Communications and Management to generate new ideas and strategies
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready

**Qualifications and Experience**
**- Minimum 5 years of communications experience, preferably in a global (Pharma) company or in an agency
- Master´s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Fluency in English including excellent writing skills
- Track record developing and implementing effective communication campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, creative mindset favoring partnership, innovation and the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Skilled at advising and partnering with all levels of the organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities, good presentation skills
