We’re seeking a dedicated, global ecosystem resource focused solely on distribution of our products, particularly the wallet/digital accounts, through partners and platforms. The construct of such partnerships would be B2B, and/or require the support and collaboration of a partner/employer/platform, but the ultimate goal is to drive quality customer acquisition, and this is the key metric against which such a function would be measured. Whilst this function will be housed within partnerships, the key to success will be close and effective working with the Product and GTM functions, and with the business heads, whose acquisition targets will be directly supported by this role.

**Role Responsibilities**
- The responsibility of the Distribution & Customer Acquisition
- Develop a region-by-region market strategy - aligning with regional leadership - identifying key sectors, industries and stakeholders which are likely to yield material volumes of quality customers, and to identify targets and build a pipeline around this.
- Develop and execute the day-to-day outreach and business development action plan, approaching potential leaders, exploring and pitching partnership ideas, negotiating contracts and overseeing implementation.
- Ongoing management, driving and monitoring of active partnerships to ensure that they perform and meet customer acquisition targets, reporting accordingly and resolving issues wherever identified.
- Extensive stakeholder management across GTM, Product and Ecosystem business leadership regionally and globally.
- Deliver ad hoc tasks and projects within the Global Partnerships team wherever required, proactively ensuring that the team successfully support the business and our key stakeholders.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven track of business development experience
- Excellent communication and skills and ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- Successfully record in developing and driving the distribution strategy
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions
- Strong negotiation skill
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team

**Salary**

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 76,500 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
