Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz as our new Site Quality Head (d/f/m)

Provide strategic, technical and people leadership for the Kundl site in all quality and cGMP

compliance related matters and ensure that all aspects of the operational business comply

with cGMP legal and regulatory requirements and Sandoz internal requirements.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide Leadership to Site Quality Organization and assures site is operating in compliance to national and international cGMP standards
- Assuring Quality oversight of all GxP activities and Quality KPIs are meet
- Assures regulatory compliance and implementation of global quality standards and regulations with successful HA Inspections outcomes
- Responsible for Headcount of the respective Quality organization, driving people and talent management through recruitment, training, coaching and performance monitoring. Ensure succession planning for key roles in quality.
- Promote and improve the Safety and Quality cultures, by implementing the necessary systems and actions.
- Strive for simplification and efficiency improvements by means of internal and external benchmarking
- Assure Quality support Projects, launches and transfers
- Assures financial adherence to own budget, while achieving OPEX targets, leverage synergies and cost
- Meet key launches and transfers against project timeline

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University Degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology)
- English (fluent), German (desirable)
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a Pharmaceutical industry environment or equivalent with leadership role in leading large teams
- Excellent GMP and QA / QC knowledge
- Experience with Authorities inspections
- Good understanding of API, FDF (sterile & non-sterile) manufacturing technology and cGMP requirements
- Strong Leadership and stakeholder management
- Intercultural communication skills
- Ambitious, driven to make difference, open minded, change leader
- Sound knowledge of financials and OpEx mindset

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €108.430,28/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
