With our patented AI tools we revolutionize streaming auditing & music IP valuation for music labels, publishers, artists and M&A companies. As a Founders Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our founders team, driving operational excellence and propelling Legitary to the next level. Join our mission to bring fairness & transparency to the world of music streaming, leveraging the power of advanced AI technology.

Tasks
- Directly collaborate with the CEO, offering essential support in day-to-day responsibilities
- Finance: Supporting grant submissions & fundraising, monitoring current funding programs, reporting
- HR & Operations: Recruiting & administration
- Business Development: Planning and creating growth initiatives, CRM management
- Owning and executing strategic projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics, finance or related fields
- \ >3yrs experience within a fast-paced environment (e.g. startups, strategy consulting)
- Preferably with a proven track record of funding execution and business development activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-structured mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in English and German

Gross monthly salary 2.800€ 38.5h/week, 14x/year - overpayment corresponding to experience and qualification.
