Our IM Austria finance team is looking for a highly motivated Senior BPA with a curious, winning and collaborative mindset, and a passion to leverage external and internal data to continuously support to growth the business in Austria.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities within IM Austria for the assigned brands and areas, proactively providing insightful and value-added analysis, understand market dynamics, and proactively provide decision support to the business leadership in delivering the financial objectives
- Pro-actively conduct value added analysis - Benchmarking (internal / external (market share etc.) data and Field Force KPIs), Resource Allocation, Brand Profitability analysis for the assigned brands
- Ensure compliance of processes with accounting and reporting guidelines (NAM, NFCM, Group), manage and coordinate all Finance Compliance and Control matters. Ensure proper costs, and revenue recognition
- Partner with SCM to support demand planning analysis and minimize business disruptions
- Supporting driving the short term and midterm outlooks (Budgets, Latest Outlook), forecasting and resource allocation process, support leading the digital finance transformation (support the robustness of the AI data in the country)
- Strategic Business Partner and advisor for all finance related matters to assigned brand team

**Role Requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Background in Economics, Finance or Business with 3+ years of relevant experience (ideally gained experience in large and midsize markets within pharmaceutical industry)
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to identify strategy critical issues to drive organization to achieve objectives by leveraging internal and external data
- Result focus with high integrity, ability to challenge status quo
- Capacity to work under pressure in complex and dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration skills and able to work in a matrix

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 53.788/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
