Your new adventure

Sparring partner, consulting and support of R&D project management and financial controlling with regard to development budgets, variance analyses, cost management and project management / project control

Preparation of forecasts, pre
- and post-calculations, development cost calculations, variance analyses, target/actual deviations, portfolio analyses, risk analyses, etc.

Preparation of R&D reports and presentations for the management by selecting, analyzing and preparing data with BI

Control and review of project budget and development budget, cost management for R&D and development projects

Close interface between our teams from R&D and Controlling

Your experience s and skills

Completed studies (FH, University) with focus on FinanceCcontrolling, Businesss Administration and Engineering or a similar combination of business and technology

Controlling experience in financial controlling, project controlling, R&D controlling or in the commercial management of development projects; ideally with industry reference to automotive, electrical engineering/engine technology

Knowledge of the new product development process as well as project controlling skills

Analytical, conscientious and structured in-house consultant with strong moderation and presentation skills and knowledge of change management

Communicative personality with high commitment, business fluent English and good German skills

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 46.346,72 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
