**Responsibilities**:
- Directing, leading and managing of daily activities of the team
- Employee development, goal definition and tracking
- Project and resource planning for engineering projects
- Managing of hardware development and system integration interfacing with electrical and software engineering
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in mechancial engineering or related field with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and technical presentation skills in english
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong skills in tool automation & material handling
- Experience in systems engineering
- Experience in semiconductor and/or wet chemistry industry is a plus
- 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Siemens Solid Edge, AutoCAD and others
