Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a purchase specialist who will not only ensure the operational implementation of the purchasing plan but is also committed to continuously optimizing the overall performance of the purchasing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire procurement process for goods and services within our international projects
- Obtaining quotes and preparing price comparisons
- Reviewing offers and negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions
- Collaborating closely with project execution, engineering, and sales teams
- Resolving issues with suppliers and internal project managers
- Ensuring supplier performance in terms of delivery times, costs, and quality
- Recording and continuously updating supplier and item master data
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers
- Handling complaints and claims

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in project procurement
- Negotiation experience
- Proficient English skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent IT skills

OUR OFFER

We offer an exciting and challenging task in an international environment. The gross monthly salary is at least € 3,700 and is determined individually with you according to your qualifications and experience.
