**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

**Position Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Foster and promote safety as a core value in all works which includes participating, holding and attending daily and weekly safety meetings. Ensure safety toolbox is incorporated into daily prestart. Attend safety walks with HSE leads and Superintendents.
- Arrange with Discipline Superintendents to formalize staffing requirements.
- Review weekly scheduled work plans for a specific area and formalize adequate amount of work is scheduled/performed and actualized in accordance to plan.
- Ensure that scheduling concerns and constraints are highlighted and escalated to Job site management team.
- Hold weekly production meetings to formalize provided input and ensure progress is on target by area of discipline.
- Supervise and arrange daily with discipling superintendents on construction activities, within assigned disciplines and area of scope. Included but not limited to fabrication team, assembly team, and materials management team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and job manpower forecasts as required.
- Participates in constructability reviews of the 3-D model.
- Participates in development of constructability log issues/ideas.
- Works with the Subcontractor, Engineering, Procurement and Construction to assist in developing work package deliverables.
- Interface with Design and Field Engineering teams as required
- Ensure current revision documents are utilized for installation.
- In charge of for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operation position of Coating/Insulation/Fireproofing Superintendent.
- Ensure that safety codes, requirements, and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Advanced knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities
- Advanced Knowledge of Cryogenic Insulation.
- Knowledge of Passive Fire Protection
- Knowledge of modularized construction
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling development
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Smart Plant Review, Document database navigation.
- Must have 10+ years’ experience as a supervisor

- The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site._
