In dieser Position erwartet Sie ein spannendes Aufgabengebiet angesiedelt im strategischen Risikomanagement, in dem Sie für die Steuerung des Restwertrisikos verantwortlich sind. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Risikomanagement als auch Risk Controlling ist der Risk Manager für das Management des KFZ-Kreditportfolios unserer Bank verantwortlich.

**Aufgaben, die Sie meistern**:

- Konzeptionierung, Ausführung und Kontrolle des Restwertfestsetzungsprozesses
- Definition und Aufrechterhaltung der Risikopolitik zum Thema Restwertfinanzierung
- Analyse von Markttrends in der Automobilindustrie und deren Auswirkungen auf das Leasingportfolio unserer Bank
- Bewertung neuer Produkte/Strategien im Zusammenhang mit dem Restwertrisikomanagement
- Bereitstellung aktueller Informationen über Marktaussichten/Restwertportfolios in Form von Präsentationen für verschiedene Stakeholder
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des KFZ-Vertriebs für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Leasingprodukte

**Qualifikationen, die Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium (Informatik, BWL, VWL) oder Ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Restwertrisikomanagement idealerweise im bankennahen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Automobilbranche und im Fahrzeugleasing
- Erfahrung mit SAS oder anderen statistischen IT Programmen sind von Vorteil
- Sehr hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägtes kritisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
- Hoher Grad an Selbstorganisation

Wir garantieren ein Mindestgehalt von € 56.000,00 brutto pro Jahr für 38,5 Wochenstunden. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen einen variablen leistungsbezogenen Anteil.
