Junior Prosecution Attorney

Law Degree, LLM (in IP Law) would be a plus
- Fluency in English and German

**The Trademark Department at the Headquarters in Fuschl am See in Austria handles and coordinates all trademark prosecution matters worldwide for Red Bull and its affiliated companies in over 200 jurisdictions.**:
In this position, you will be responsible for the Trademark Portfolio and Prosecution as part of the Global Prosecution Team reporting directly to the Global Head of Intellectual Property.

**PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT**:
Furthermore you´ll support the Global Head of Prosecution with the creation and update of prosecution strategies as well as new projects.

**PASSIVE OPPOSITIONS**:
You´ll support in defending our trademark portfolio against attacks from third parties, including oppositions and cancellations and the co-existence and potential license agreements resulting from resolution of the conflict.

**TEAM SUPERVISION**:
You´ll support the workflow and supervision of a team of seven paralegals.

**BUDGET**:
You´ll review and approve invoices of external counsels and support our Global Head of Prosecution with managing the Prosecution budget.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Law Degree, LLM (in IP Law) would be a plus
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in intellectual property law, preferably with an international law firm or company as well as experience in handling trademark prosecution matters
- Experience in Trademark Prosecution would be beneficial
- Analytical, professional & solution oriented working style
- Team-oriented, self starter and proactive personality
- Strong communication and decisionmaking skills
