**Job Description**:
**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- managing the order fulfillment process
- procurement
- order entry, administration, and shipping
- managing external 3PL and internal warehouse (inbound, outbound, picking)
- inventory management 3 PL, internal and remote warehouses (stock value, safety stock, VAN refill)
- transport management (intracommunity, third country, domestic, fine distribution)
- preparing customs clearance with customs clearance agency
- managing, maintaining and invoicing of service contracts
- master data maintenance in ERP system
- project invoicing
- internal and external reporting (INTRASTAT, Forecasts etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- profound English in written und speaking
- ERP system knowledge (SAP, IFS)
- team-player with desire to learn and willingness to help to deliver our vison to a customer
- stress resistant
- confident handling of MS Office (Excel), online systems, business systems and databases
- high level of accuracy and reliability at work is essential
- being familiar with order processing, logistic management
- have a good analytical and conceptual think skills (reporting, development)
- self-motivated person and team-player with desire to learn and willingness to help to deliver our vison to the customer
