**Building and leading the marketing & communication team will be key to further develop the brand proposition and marketing direction across the company.**

**What you can expect**
- Responsible for a marketing & communications strategy to build the organisation’s brand and reputation
- Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation’s mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained & promoted
- Responsible for the direction, output and performance of our agency partners
- Plan and manage a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries
- Overall responsibility for all Marketing Automation initiatives (B2B+B2C)
- Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of an e-commerce strategy (B2B+B2C)
- Manage the overall budget of the marketing and communication activities
- Overall responsibility for the planning of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

**What you bring with you**
- Completed studies (FH, university)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experienced in working in B2B and B2C business
- Ability to think strategically and commercially
- Strong understanding of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy
- Able to build and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

**We offer**
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 75.500 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
