Join our team as a Senior Bulk & Certificate Analyst and dive into the dynamic world of bulk trading and certificates. Utilize your expertise to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and drive profitable decisions.

**What you will do**:

- Support Climate Certificates & Bulk trading with short-term fundamental analysis
- Develop, maintain and improve price models for carbon emissions, fossil fuels and green fuels markets
- Develop commercially profitable trading strategies to enhance emissions and bulk trading profits
- Participate in risk positions in the fields of mandatory emissions, voluntary offsets, fossil fuels, green fuels
- Liaise with analysts on the neighboring Oil and LPG desks
- Ensure the availability of critical fundamental data for the energy transition
- Enhance external professional network
- Provide real-time analysis of key market events
- Expand desk activities into new carbon compliance schemes and green fuels
- Identify growth areas and advocate measured risk-taking

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Science or Engineering
- You have several years of professional experience in performing fundamental/financial/quantitative analysis within a proprietary or bank trading group
- Strong analysis skills in climate certificates (mandatory and voluntary)
- Basic understanding of global fossil fuel markets' supply and demand dynamics
- Entrepreneurial nature, with the drive to initiate and motivate teammates
- Detailed knowledge of mandatory emission schemes
- Alertness to regulatory changes
- Experience in the freight market (dry bulk or liquids) is a plus
- Profound expertise in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving
- Detailed knowledge of key producers and consumers and the ability to analyze their hedging strategies based on company reports
- Programming proficiency in R, Python, VBA, SQL, MatLab, and Power BI is an advantage
- You are fluent in English
