**Business Intelligence (BI) Platform Service Manager (f/m/x)**:
The role of a BI Service Manager is a crucial role in our BI team, for the BI Service we are offering and for the whole RBI Group. This role ensures that over 12.000 group-wide BI users are served with solid, stable and mature BI environments (IBM Cognos Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense). On the one hand you will coordinate different parties within RBI and on the other you’ll dig into the systems to further develop them.**What you can expect**:

- Manage, shape and further develop the on-prem and cloud BI environments and connected processes
- Take over responsibility to provide a stable and efficient BI environment
- Increase efficiency of daily processes
- Organize and manage operation of the BI platforms
- Solving challenges together with the team
- Cost Management of the BI platform
- Manage, consult and support internal and external stakeholders and users of the BI Service

**What you bring to the table**:

- Adequate technical education (Technical School or University degree)
- Good know-how of IT infrastructure (OS, platforms, etc.)
- Good know-how of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Good data modelling, SQL know-how and knowledge of different database technologies (e.g., RDBMS, NoSQL)
- Innovative engineering mindset and eager to pilot ideas
- Very good command of English, German is a plus
- Experience with SCRUM or Kanban
- Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility
- Living an open feedback culture in an agile team
- Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication - cross-cultural as well as cross-hierarchical
