Corporate Finance Solutions is part of the Group Corporates division. We offer structured loan solutions and advisory services to our clients beyond standard banking products: leveraged loans (for private equity and corporate clients), project finance (renewable energy and infrastructure), and productneutral advice on financial structures (“Strategic Dialogue”).

**Your Tasks**:

- You will play an active role in the execution of high profile structured finance transactions: financing of M&A opportunities, project finance across various asset classes from renewables to infrastructure
- You will take part in origination efforts vis-a-vis top notch corporate clients including taking part in client meetings and negotiations
- You are passionate about sophisticated credit analysis based on a deep understanding of clients’ financial statements and cash-flow modelling
- You work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies, product and coverage units
- You will be monitoring and reviewing existing portfolio assets, composing reports and managing risks

**Your Background**:

- Excellent educational background and a university degree in finance, business, law, mathematics or similar with a study focus on banking & finance or corporate finance
- Good quantitative capabilities combined with a high willingness and ability to learn quickly with a strong attention to detail
- For Analyst position: 0-1 years working experience or internships in corporate banking, investment banking or related advisory, and knowhow in leveraged and/or project finance is a plus; for Associate position: 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- English is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus
