**What You Need to Be Successful**:

- **3+ years of experience in talent acquisition** or recruitment.
- **Proven track record** of hiring in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Strong understanding of recruitment best practices** and tools.
- **Excellent communication skills in English**, both written and verbal.
- **Ability to work independently** and manage multiple priorities.
- **Proficiency with recruitment software** and applicant tracking systems.
