The division „Operating Office“ combines various operative
- and midoffice functions of Erste AM Group like fund setup, client onboarding, client reporting, due diligence as well as data management and investment services. Within the division “Operating Office”, the department "Midoffice Funds" takes care of all (legal and operational manufacturer) fund lifecycle tasks, due diligence processes, client servicing and reporting tasks. The department is also in charge of all product governance functions in terms of operational tasks throughout the EAM group and coordinates all related matters with the branches/subsidiaries in CEE.

**Your Tasks**:

- responsible coordination of all operational tasks regarding the lifecycle of investment funds (mutual funds and special funds)
- onboarding of clients and external cooperation partners within the fund setup process
- close cooperation and communication with internal and external partners for collective
- as well as individual portfolio management mandates
- head office function: coordination of all Erste AM local units (subsidiaries and branches) regarding cross border solutions
- ongoing development of collaboration models, tools and processes, driving automatization of processes/tasks
- business ownership of IT projects (e.g. MiFID II, PRIIPS)
- organization and administration of all relevant data within the systems (e.g. data warehouse and its frontends) in order to assure correct information towards clients and other business units, websites, vendors etc.
- sales support including content-wise and technical development of client reportings

**Your Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, information technology, data science or physics or adequate practical experience
- very good knowledge about investment funds and familiarity with relevant laws and delegated acts (e.g. Austrian InvFG)
- excellent project management skills
- very good Microsoft Office and data-handling skills
- high analytical capability and a precise style of working
- service and client-oriented
- strong willingness to acquire new skills and are open minded
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
- ideally already gained relevant professional experience
