The **Institute of Building Physics, Services, and Construction (Unit of Building Physics)** at TU Graz has an opening for a

**University Projectassistant / Postdoc Position (M/F/d) for statistical evaluation of measurement data**

40 hours/week, starting november 2023, limited to 6 months

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Project coordination and cooperation with ImpAQS project partners
- Data management, data consistency, and data storage
- Primary research including: data evaluation including statistical analysis of quantitative time series (CO2, RH, temperature etc.)data and also qualitative data from surveys.
- Secondary research: including literature reviews and collating research findings from previous studies
- Workshop and event preparation (including dissemination of research findings)
- Preparing scientific publications for professional journals, and conferences etc.
- Participation in university self-government
- Participation in institute meetings
- Taking on administrative tasks, such as website maintenance, liaising with project participants

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Completed master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or computer science
- Completed doctoral degree, ideally in the field of data analysis or a related engineering topic involving data analysis or statistical methods
- Sound knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Capable of teamwork and independent working
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German and English

We offer a minimum annual gross salary based on full-time of € 60,926.60, overpayment possible depending on qualification and experience.
