**Dein Beitrag**

In dieser Position bist du als Teil eines kleinen Teams von Spezialisten im hausinternen Produktsupport mitverantwortlich für die Ausbildung der Kollegen im globalen Service und Lösungsfindung bei technischen Fragestellungen unserer Laborgeräte.
- Durchführung von Trainings für Kunden und Servicemitarbeiter
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Servicedokumentation
- Ausführung servicerelevanter Projekttasks
- Analyse von Fehlerbildern zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität

**Dein Profil**

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundensupport
- Gute PC-Office und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
