The historic Grand Hotel Wien on the Ringstrasse has been one of the most luxurious hotels in Europe since its opening in**1870**. Once coveted as a place of pilgrimage for nobility, celebrities and artists from all over the world, hotel guests appreciate its prominent location in the heart of the capital Vienna, the Viennese charm and its timeless elegance.

The Grand Hotel Wien, part of**IHG Hotels & Resorts**, is one of the most exclusive hotels in the city. It has 205 best-equipped rooms and suites, as well as the wellness oasis Grand Spa 605. Our five restaurants and two bars are among the best in the city and have won several awards.

Twelve function rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, including one of the largest and most beautiful ballrooms in Vienna, perfect the offer of the Grand Hotel Wien.

- Reporting to the controller
- Review of policies / procedures
- Control of the general ledger, all subledgers and all records of financial accounting
- Monthly closing
- Preliminary reporting and analysis
- Management of the day-to-day business in the field of accounting
- Review of Income Audit, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier
- Depreciation Running and Asset Accounting

[requirements]
- Completed training (HAK, HAS, HGA, HBLA,...)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling
- Ideally hotel experience
- MS-Office, especially Excel (formulas, ideally VBA)
- SUN knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High affinity for numbers
- Work accurately
- Discretion
- Team Leadership

The statutory gross minimum salary (based on full-time employment, 13th and 14th salary) for this position is EUR 2,040.00. An overpayment of _at least _EUR 3,300.00 gross is a matter of course for us with an appropriate qualification profile.
