Assembly Supervisor

**#yourmission**:

- You take over the entire assembly and resource planning from a scheduling and technical point of view
- Checking and ensuring the quality of the assembly falls into your area of responsibility
- You look after and support your assembly teams in all technical and organizational matters, especially when they are on site with the customer
- You are the first point of contact for your team members and reliably solve their organizational issues in the background

- You are a committed person who has completed an electrician apprenticeship
- Further training at a technical college or university of applied sciences and experience in the assembly area would be an advantage
- In addition to technical competence, you also have strong communication skills, initiative, inventiveness and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of the service time)
- Your German and English skills are sufficient to communicate well on construction sites and to be able to write understandable reports

**#weareknapp**: We offer you professional and personal training programs as well as working in a motivated team in which the willingness to take on responsibility and enthusiasm for the implementation of ideas are welcome. A minimum gross salary of EUR 2,475 per month applies to this position. However, we offer market-conform payment depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
