Stellenbeschreibung
- Hauptansprechperson zum Thema Kostenverfolgung und Kostentracking sowohl projektintern als auch für den Kunden
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung des Target Reports inkl. Abstimmung mit allen Verantwortlichen
- Aufbereitung von aussagekräftigen Unterlagen und Präsentation der Inhalte in Projektmeetings (intern als auch mit dem Kunden)
- Mitarbeit in Bezug auf die Datenqualität (Termine, Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit)
- Mitgestaltung und Koordination aller notwendigen Prozesse für das kontinuierliche Reporting
- Schnittstelle zum Kunden und Schlüsselfunktion im Projektteam über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH/Uni)
- Mehrjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder Einkauf erforderlich
- Spezifische Erfahrung im Rahmen eines Fahrzeugprojekts von Vorteil
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel und Power Point)
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeit in englischer Sprache (Projektsprache Englisch)
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung zwischen € 2.957;
- und € 3.791;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden.
