This position will entail working directly with the executive team, investment advisors, and fulfillment staff in various aspects of day-to-day operations and become heavily involved in various firm projects and client deliverables. **This individual will be responsible for the following**:

- Coordinate deal servicing and transaction management needs, including:_
- Mediating and coordinating closing process between buyer and seller from start to finish
- Coordinating Outlook invites and communicating critical dates (DD end, Closing, etc.) and ensuring they are followed up on
- Creating and maintaining a shared Dropbox folder for buyer and seller to exchange due diligence documents
- Verifying all due diligence documents are uploaded by the seller and obtaining all necessary items are collected and delivered within PSA compliance
- Coordinating and scheduling inspections, showings, and unit walks/tours as necessary
- Point of contact for all due diligence related questions between buyer and seller
- Assist with deal servicing and execution including circulating tour calendar invites, managing weekly marketing campaigns, and creating offer matrices
- Drafting Listing Agreements, Fee Agreements, and Confidentiality Agreements
- Performing due diligence needed in assisting analyst and broker in the OM creation
- Communicate professionally to clients and prospective investors

**Capstone is looking for passionate, experienced, and creative people who possess**:

- Bachelor’s degree required and preferred 2+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry
- Professional acumen, demonstrated interest in, and understanding of commercial real estate
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication and superior customer service
- Effective time management and organizational skills: prioritize tasks, successfully manage deadlines, and perform under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Aptitude for quickly comprehending and inputting data
- Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to better CRE knowledge
- Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
