We empower people to express themselves through music and are now looking for another Product Owner who is eager to join us on the journey of bringing this vision to life. Collectively, we will continue creating an interactive music learning app that is both comprehensive and fun, and once tried by our users, they simply can't do without. Together with our so-called Catalyst team, our new Product Owner will make sure that our users ease into the app and have a convincing first-time experience.

**Your playground**:

- Playing a crucial role in developing a product our users love and find easy to access
- Ensuring frequent user-value-driven product delivery
- Following the lean product development approach, ensuring we validate assumptions quickly and learn with each iteration
- Collaborating with stakeholders and acting as interface to the development team
- Conveying the product’s vision to the team and providing direction to them
- Facilitating and driving the collaborative development of solutions within our Catalysts product team
- Prioritising new features and the team’s product backlog
- Aligning the requirements, inputs, and needs of tech, product design, and marketing
- Writing Co-creating user stories that are inspiring, concise, and clear

**What to bring along**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner for a digital product
- Ideally, working experience with lean product development in a distributed scrum team
- Solid technical understanding of digital products as well as a passion for music
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Empathic, enthusiastic, curious, and driven personality
- A hands-on, collaborative, let’s get things done work approach
- At ease with navigating ambiguity as well as uncertainty and learning along the way
- Data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset paired with good organizational skills
- Self-starter with a positive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to learn
- Being located within +/- 3 hours of difference from CET
