Stellenbeschreibung
- Leitung des Teams Productivity
- Temporäre, interdisziplinäre Führung von Mitarbeiter aus anderen Konzernbereichen
- Durchführung von Akquisitionsaktivitäten für internes Business sowie
für externes Consulting Business
- Aktive Kundenbetreuung
- Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Durchführung von Kundenprojekten
- Personal
- und Budgetverantwortung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Sicherstellung und Durchführung von Team-Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH, TU) und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Industrieunternehmen - vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
- Umfangreiches Know-How in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Task Force Management und Sales
- Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Führung von Teams
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (~ 70%)
- Methodenkenntnisse im Bereich Optimierung und Lean Management
- Analytisches Denken und Prozessverständnis
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.900,00 brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
