**Our business**

**We are looking for Trainees in two different areas within our Fuels & Feedstock division**:
**Trainee Process Engineering Refinery at the refinery Schwechat**:
Optimization of plant operation and continuous improvement of plant performance through increased efficiency in the areas of process, energy, utilities, chemicals and catalysts.

Participation in "Manufacturing Excellence" processes and programs of the assigned refinery as well as development of solutions for sustainable damage prevention, minimizing maintenance costs and improving the resilience of operational assets.

**Trainee **Technical Development in Vienna, Head Office**:
Development of concepts for the expansion and renovation of the petrochemicals assets in our integrated refinery sites to safeguard the competitiveness of the petrochemicals business segment.

Identification of technical improvement potentials and development of solutions as well as support in planning and initiation of investment projects. Facilitation of the project execution during the whole lifecycle to accomplish project objective.

**Your profile**:

- You hold an university degree (master) in process engineering or similar
- Ideally you gained already first work experience with intern ships or similar
- You are known as an open minded team player
- Your colleagues would describe you as solution-oriented, conceptual thinking with a structured way of working
- Social skills to build sustainable partnerships and networks are natural for you
- You are fluent in German and English
- Please indicate your preferences of different trainee positions in your cover letter based on your interest, background of studies and internship experiences. Also mention if our support for a working permit would be necessary. Please have in mind that this is a full-time position starting 1_st_ of September 2023 and therefore full availability by then is necessary._
