We help companies (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with hiring global teams remotely, by managing employee onboarding through to offboarding, including legal and compliance, payroll, expenses, and health and benefits.

We also practice what we preach We are a fully remote company which means we have no head office. Our team of more than 250 people is located in more than 50 countries and territories around the world. This means you can work from anywhere. We provide benefits and support in any global location just as we would for our clients and their remote teams. Our company has a flat structure which means accountability and taking initiative towards your everyday tasks that help further our ambitious company goals.

**This role is unlike any other Head of HR role you will have seen before - you will be working with our clients and client employees on a day to day basis. You and your team will be the expert on global ER, HR Operations and HR compliance matters - and you must be able to demonstrate a strong background in these areas, as well as building processes from scratch to drive efficiencies and customer satisfaction.**

**What will you do? (The role)**

As a key player in our organisation, you and your team will work in tandem with various stakeholders to execute and drive enhancements to our product and service delivery, elevating our HR service to new heights.

As a series B startup we've been on a journey this past 3 years - we know the areas to build on, and your expertise will be instrumental in pinpointing gaps and guiding informed improvements to propel us into the next stage of growth. This transformative journey will encompass:

- Collaborating with leaders of other SME teams in the business such as Payroll, Legal and Benefits, as well as our Product team to continually improve our product and delivery;
- Continually improving our internal knowledge, and considering how we capture knowledge using it to enable other teams to deliver a better service every day. Our SMEs proudly work towards training and upskilling our Customer Success, Services and Support teams who provide the first line of Support to our clients, providing knowledge that will continually improve how we support and delight our clients;
- Leading a team of HR and ER experts, enabling them to deliver world class HR experiences.

**What are you great at? (Previous experience)**
- You've got extensive knowledge of how HR works across multiple jurisdictions - you know how to create global processes and policies that can scale across countries, but also localise them when needed;
- You have managed teams through large scale transformation projects - perhaps you've worked in HR consulting, or led on large transformational shifts in how a HR team operates;
- You build great working relationships across various teams and stakeholders - client HR works closely with all departments (Legal, Go To Market, Customer Success, Payroll, Benefits etc), so being able to build trust and buy in at all levels is critical;
- Improving processes on a large scale - you can map out processes and understand where there are opportunities to improve and scale them, and then follow this through to implementation;
- Fostering a culture of servant leadership, leading by example and prioritising the needs of team members to empower them to achieve high performance and personal growth.

**You're the kind of person who... (Requirements)**
- Already has an understanding of the Employer of Record model and the challenges faced by client facing HR teams;
- Has operational experience of HR on a global scale. You don't need to know every country inside and out, but you do need to know what questions to ask and what things to consider for each country;
- Can unite teams, influencing stakeholders across competing priorities to deliver a unified approach;
- Is obsessed with data - you make sure you measure everything you and your team do, and can use this data to provide true insights and continuously improve delivery.
