As International Shopper Activation Specialist (ISAS) you will support the Off Premise Trade Activation strategy across all channels, guiding & supporting markets & key stakeholders, delivering various solutions that help deliver a key pillar of the Off Premise Strategy, to ‘Look Like # 1’ in store with the shopper at the core of everything that you do.

Expand allDEVELOPMENT OF TRADE ACTIVATION TOOLKITS & TOOLS

In this exciting role, you’ll inspire markets by developing international Trade & Shopper Activation POS Toolkits which are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll work with creative agencies and production suppliers to produce key assets for fast execution for local markets (i.e. die lines, artwork files...). The Key factor to success is strong collaboration with the relevant brand counterparts and constant search for new ideas.

You’ll continue to ‘innovate with a purpose’ by working with agencies to maintain and develop Augmented Reality POS tools for markets. In addition, you’ll search for innovative ways on how to maximise the sell in process of POS activations in store and ultimately boost can sales.DEVELOPMENT OF IN-STORE THEATRE TOOLS

You’ll extend international POS range by developing in-store theatre tools from start to finish, working with Global Operations. Moreover, you’ll create excitement via internal communication and integration in POS toolkits to drive orders from markets.TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT FOR KEY ACCOUNTS

You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Brand team to provide marketing support to Global Key Accounts by understanding shopper, retailer and market needs then building strong in-store activation strategies for global retail partners.COUNTRY COMMUNICATION

You’ll connect our Global Trade Marketing and Off-Premise Community to key resources like best practices, insights, toolkits, guidelines via managing our internal communication channels. Furthermore, you’ll support markets prior to and during the business planning process on all relevant Trade Marketing topics led by the HQ team. You’ll pprovide feedback, actionable insights, and challenge markets to improve the overall Global Sales Performance.
- EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Communication preferable within beverages
- Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure
- Experienced in the development of best in class POS materials and working with creative/design agencies
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
- Understanding of sales processes & working with Retailers
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or similar
- Excellent command of English. German is a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- Travel 0-10%
